Together with Ducksch Anliker AG, P & F Immobilien AG has realised the modern commercial building "Indy160" on Industriestrasse in Spreitenbach. In addition to the international hotel chain Harry's Home with 100 rooms, the commercial building also includes a Migrol petrol station with a Migrolino shop, the Vapiano system caterer and other service providers and businesses. The project was completed in mid-2023 and is expected to be sold to an investor.
