In the course of the urban redevelopment in the Western part of Rheinfelden (D), a modern residential and commercial building with underground parking will be developed together with a German partner. In addition to 30 condominiums, 93 parking spaces and 2000 m2 of space for retail and service will be created. The drugstore Muller, a branch of the bank Volksbank Rhein-Whera, textile supplier NKD and Pro Optics will act as the main tenants here.

The residential/commercial building was completed in summer 2020.
